About Us
Building the Future of the Global Workforce.
Led by a team of 5 co-founders with over 25 years of combined experience in software engineering, large-scale operations, and government relations, Gapai is uniquely positioned to build the infrastructure for the future of work. We are not just filling jobs; we are building a trustworthy bridge that empowers people and accelerates global business.
Gapai is the first tech-driven placement agency for Indonesian migrant workers.
Founded to solve a critical global challenge:
Connecting the world's leading employers with Indonesia's vast pool of skilled, ambitious talent. The traditional system for overseas employment is broken—plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exploitation. We are changing that.
As a portfolio company of leading venture capital firms Antler and Wavemaker Partners, we are a technology company with a human mission.
Our platform leverages data and AI to create a transparent, ethical, and highly efficient marketplace for international recruitment. We manage the entire end-to-end process, from intelligent candidate matching and skills verification to digital onboarding and visa logistics.
