A group of very professional and efficient people, knowing their market very well, and as a cherry on the cake, nice and friendly individuals, too."
Peter Bano (ex euJobs)
EuJobs provide our Hungarian and foreign partner companies with properly trained and motivated workforce.
The employment opportunities we offer offer many benefits to employees. One such benefit is flexibility. This includes flexible working hours, casual work or seasonal work opportunities that allow employees to better adapt their work schedule to their personal commitments. We also often offer training and further education, which allows employees to develop their skills, increase their marketability and facilitate their career development.
We have extensive industry connections that open up job opportunities for employees that would be difficult to find on an individual basis. We are able to quickly and efficiently place employees in suitable positions, reducing the time spent on job searches. Furthermore, because as a staffing company we have a deep understanding of the needs of industries, we are able to provide better working conditions and legal employment for our employees.
Together, these advantages ensure that employment through euJobs is beneficial and secure for employees.

The Challenge
EU Jobs had no prior experience hiring from Indonesia, and the team faced significant skepticism, particularly around hiring candidates from Muslim-majority countries. Concerns ranged from cultural compatibility to assumptions about work restrictions.
Gapai stepped in not only as a recruiter, but also as an educator and bridge-builder, explaining Indonesia’s diverse work culture, how Muslim workers maintain productivity across roles, and how values like discipline, adaptability, and hospitality are deeply ingrained in the Indonesian workforce.

Why Gapai
Instead of waiting for instructions, Gapai helped co-create a hiring structure with them—offering frameworks, documentation guidance, and consistent follow-up. Our proactive communication style built the trust they needed to move forward.
The Result
In just 2 months, Gapai helped EU Jobs move from hesitation to hiring. With 41 candidates placed, EU Jobs has since expanded its quota and praised Gapai’s strong grievance mechanism, cultural adaptability, and hands-on support.
